Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We want customers to receive the correct product in good condition. Please read the conditions below before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Return Requests

A return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with any tags and original packaging intact.

2. Sarees and Clothing

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stitched, cut, damaged after delivery, or otherwise changed from their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange. Products made or altered specifically for a customer are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide the order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate and subject to product availability.

4. Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another suitable product or a refund where applicable.

5. Refunds

Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will normally be initiated to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by TR Elegant Boutique or the product was received damaged or defective.

After we initiate a refund, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

6. Return Delivery Costs

For change-of-mind or customer-requested exchanges, the customer is responsible for applicable return and re-delivery charges. Where we verify that an incorrect, damaged, or defective item was supplied by us, we will arrange an appropriate solution and advise you regarding return delivery.
