This policy explains the general delivery arrangements for orders placed with TR Elegant Boutique.

1. Delivery Area

We provide island-wide delivery within Sri Lanka, subject to courier service availability for the destination.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our usual delivery estimate is 2 to 4 working days after an order is confirmed. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

3. Delivery Delays

Delivery may take longer because of remote locations, public holidays, courier delays, severe weather, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please provide an accurate recipient name, telephone number, and complete delivery address. The customer should be available to receive the parcel or respond to the courier. Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required because incorrect details were provided or delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the recipient.
